👉Pay attention to your thoughts. The first step to changing your thoughts is to become aware of them. When you notice a negative thought, don't judge it or try to push it away. Just observe it.
👉Challenge your thoughts. Once you're aware of your thoughts, you can start to challenge them. Ask yourself if there's any evidence to support the thought. Is it really true? Is there another way to look at the situation?
👉Replace your thoughts with positive ones. Once you've challenged your thoughts, you can start to replace them with positive ones. Focus on the good things in your life, even when things are tough.
