Smoked Chicken Drumsticks on my Pit Boss Austin XL

I smoked some bbq chicken drumsticks on my Pit Boss Austin XL pellet grill. I started out by patting these drumsticks down to get some excess moisture off. Then I made two different seasonings. For the bbq drumsticks I used Killer Hogs BBQ Rub, salt, pepper and a bit of corn starch to help get the skin crispy. For my spicy bbq chicken drumsticks I used salt, pepper, cayenne killer hogs bbq rub, paprika, chili powder, and corn starch. I don't use any kinds of measurements for the seasonings I just used a little bit of everything. I smoked the chicken drumsticks using bear mountain pecan pellets. I smoked these at 300 degrees for an hour and 15 minutes flipping halfway through. Pulled them off let them cool for just a few minutes and there you have it smoked chicken drumsticks!
