WATCH: Don McGahn no-show hearing a 'circus,' Rep. Collins says

Georgia Rep. Doug Collins, the House Judiciary Committee's top Republican, criticized Democrats for staging what he called a "circus." The committee convened May 21 despite former White House counsel Don McGahn's refusal to testify, the day after the White House directed him not to. Collins accused committee chairman Jerrold Nadler of issuing overly broad subpoenas and of being more interested in the drama than the facts.
