This is just too much!

Riding in Malta has gotten way out of hand now with all this crazy and stupidity of driving. Here you can see a driver speeding by recklessly in the wrong way. Where is the authority? And why nothing is being done with all these drivers breaking the law making the roads here in Malta such a danger to all its users??
