Joan of Arc Demonstration

A brief video showing a demonstration in Paris commemorating Joan of Arc, held every year by Action Française, a right-wing monarchist political party. This shows only the end of the demonstration, which I happened upon while going for a walk; there had been a parade and some other stuff earlier before I arrived. The audio is muted because the person you see making a speech in the video spoke continuously, and after editing the visuals the speech in the audio was no longer coherent, so I just removed it. As I recall, the speech was essentially about Joan of Arc and her importance to France.

I shot this mainly for practice. I don't have any personal interest in the event, its theme, or its organizers. Wikipedia has an article on the party.

The location is the place des Pyramides, and the date is May 13, 2012.
