There's a plethora of Sprinter-based campers available in the US market, but Caravan Outfitters, based in Washington, is looking to disrupt the segment with a mini-camper-inspired model. Rather than modifying the roof height or extending the body, the company maintains the van's original dimensions, allowing them to offer it at an entry-level price point. Despite its compact size, the Sprinter platform provides ample space for five seats, two beds, and an open floorplan with a spacious rear garage. Instead of opting for modular components, the Alpaca takes a different approach: most of the camping features are fixed but are designed to have minimal impact on the van's day-to-day usability.
