Eco India: Refugee women are baking healthy and tasty cutlery with hopes for a zero-waste future

Every week, Eco India brings you stories of innovations from across India and Europe, and the people who make them possible. Our top story this week looks at a project by Delhi University students that is providing a sustainable alternative to single-use plastics by employing Afghan women refugees to make edible cutlery using a combination of ingredients like white flour, rice powder and whey protein.
