How to Recover a Chair Seat -- Easy to Fold Corners

I recovered the seat cushions of my 6 dining chairs using faux leather. We brought the table and chair set for the looks and Ikea didn’t have the seat color nor the fabric type we wanted so I recovered the seats myself.

The fabric on my seat cushions was white. Well after just one meal my kids they had them stained with spaghetti sauce. White fabric on seat cushions is so impractical especially with kids. I no longer need to worry about stains as food wipes right off the faux leather.

In this video I show you how to reupholster a dining chair seat cushion. I show how easy it is to fold the corners to make the job look great. This is an easy task that requires some basic tools. The tools I used are pictured in the video.
