Japanese chicken and egg over the bowl is called OYAKODON in Japanese.
runny egg and tender chicken seasoned with dashi soy sauce on the rice.
It's just Devine!
For vegetarian friends, I'm also sharing a vegetarian version. It's equally easy and delicious as standard one!
