Retrofitting a Cielle CNC router

I found and old Cielle CNC router at a local shop that has sat dormant for many years. This thing is pretty beefy for a router compared to all the flimsy stuff that's available now. I'm guessing it was quite a nice machine when it was new but now all the electrical is outdated and defunct. My goal is to retrofit it with updated controls, motors and drivers.
