Scratch Category Rules:
* Allowed Equipment: Strictly Scratch Vinyl, No Cue-Points, No Effects, Only Vinyl allowed, No Dicers
* 4 best DJs go to the second round where they present another scratch to a different selected beat.
* The extra 5th person with the highest number of YouTube comments qualifies for the second round
In the semifinals, judges choose the best 2 DJs for Final Round

Competition timeline:
1st of November - upload and presentation of all videos on the IDA World Fan Page
10th of November – Elimination Round Results
17th of November – deadline for sending Second Round Videos
22nd of November – Second Round Results
28th of November – deadline for sending Final Round Videos
2nd of December – Final Round Results announced live during IDA World DJ Championships powered by Pioneer DJ
