The benefits or…non benefits of applying ice to your skin has always confused me.
We have some dermatologists saying its great for your skin,
One derm saying it purposely damages the top layer of skin allowing products to penetrate deeper on the skin, that it reduces redness and irritation and that its even a preservative technique.

Whilst others say it can damage skin cells, burns capillaries and even give you accidental frost bite.
So today I want to test the ability of ice facials, also known as cryotherapy or simply ice therapy.
Models, Hollywood actors and even some of my favourite Kpop idols, swear by ice facials as the secret to their glowing powerless looking skin.
BUT IM NOT SURE I BELIEVE THEM!

So, after seeing many amazing videos of the same concept, I decided, I wanted to see if daily ice facials will make any noticeable difference in my skin! And I’m gonna give it 7 days to impress me.
