Here's a simple recipe for making Bread Ras Malai, a fusion dessert combining bread and the traditional flavors of Ras Malai:
Ingredients:
For Ras Malai:
1 cup full cream milk
½ cup condensed milk
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
2-3 saffron strands (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional) and cashew slice
Mawa
 yellow Lemon colour (optional)
For Bread Layer:
6 slices of white bread (preferably day-old bread)
2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter) or butter (for toasting the bread)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ras Malai Milk:
In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil.
Once the milk comes to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
Add condensed milk,, cardamom powder, and saffron strands (if using).
Continue simmering for another 5 minutes to thicken the milk slightly. The milk should be creamy and have a slightly thick consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
2. Prepare the Bread:
Trim the crusts off the bread slices.
Heat a pan or tawa and add ghee or butter.
Toast the bread slices on both sides until they become golden and crisp.
3. Assemble the Bread Ras Malai:
Cut each toasted bread slice into halves or quarters, as per your preference.
Arrange the pieces of bread in a serving dish or individual bowls.
Pour the warm Ras Malai milk mixture over the bread slices, ensuring they are soaked well.
