Create a Basic RACI Chart

If you've done project management you're probably familiar with the term RACI chart. It is also known as a Responsibility Assignment Matrix or RACI matrix. It's used to track roles and responsibilities in projects. It's quite useful as a communications tool to let people on your project team know who is doing what and who should be informed. And it's fairly easy to create in Excel, so check out the video to learn how.
