Jack Nicholson gives his last great role — too bad he’ll be dead soon. Matt Damon is in it before he became a bearded douche bag. Mark Wahlberg’s only good role he’s ever done because he stinks and he’s only good in this because he’s a Boston cream pie douche bag in real life.

This movie is a tense, brutal crime thriller with incredible performances and sharp writing. One of the best of the 2000s.
