Hi! What time do you usually wake up? ⏰

My circadian rhythm's been kind of off since I moved to LA 💤
Even though I naturally wake up at 8am, it's hard to fall asleep. Maybe it's because I film/edit in my room so I subconsciously see it as more of a workspace? Idk, but it's always so easy for me to revert to East Coast time when I'm visiting Florida or New York 🛌 Weird, huh?

This is my typical morning routine for when I have afternoon plans heh 🕺 If I need to be somewhere earlier, I try to wake up an hour earlier so I don't have to sacrifice any steps (even the cartoons)! I get really stressed if I have to rush and then I'm in a bad mood 🥵 Cartoons are really therapeutic in a way 🧠 idk the science BUT I just know I'm always happier after watching them so if you have extra time in the morning, try watching an episode or two! 🤡
