Today we’re going to be reviewing StephenSpeaks about how to make a guy regret losing you.

The thing is you may not always see regret, at least initially, because many people move on and they run into another relationship and you start to feel like they did not really cared or loved me but that’s not always the case. Sometimes they’re doing it because they’re trying to distract themselves from how badly they feel from the breakup. The next one is don’t concern yourself whether they regret it, whether how they feel about it because those types of questions or concerns continues to have you dwelling in an attachment to this individual. The question you need to ask for yourself is not what if they regret losing you but if they are truly for you to begin with. If that person quickly rebounded and jumped to someone else, what you see isn’t always what it really is and you cannot allow yourself to be focused on that. If you know you were a great partner, do not allow that to consume you because you’re seeking validation.
