A farmer raises concerns about regulations at Indiana town hall
A resident of Elkhart, Indiana asked President Barack Obama about the increase in regulations in the farming industry. "My administration's policy is to encourage small farmers," President Barack Obama said at a town hall on June 1. "We want you to succeed."
