In this video, I will show how to prepare simple & healthy Cabbage Matar Fry (ବନ୍ଧାକୋବି ଭଜା). Its uniquness when it combines with green peas which makes it more delicious. This dish can be served with roti, paratha, pori, nan, steamed rice etc. You can prepare this beautiful dish at home and enjoy your food with your family & friends.

Ingredients :-

Mustard Oil (ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ) - 2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli (ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା) - 2
Cumin Seeds (ଗୋଟା ଜିରା) - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds (ଗୋଟା ସୋରିଷ) - 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt (ସୈଁଧବ ଲବଣ) - 1/2 tsp (as per taste)
Onion (ପିଆଜ) - 1 (Sliced)
Ginger Garlic Paste (ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା) - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder (ହଳଦି ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder (ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder (ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder (ଜିରା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ) - 1/2 tsp
Tomato (ଟମାଟୋ) - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Potato (ଆଳୁ) - 1 (Cube Sized)
Cabbage (ବନ୍ଧାକୋବି) - 1/2 medium sized cabbage
Green Peas (ମଟର) - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର) (Chopped)
