Why #2 Draft Picks Have Been HISTORICALLY Underwhelming

The 2nd overall pick in most NBA drafts have been historically underwhelming. Going all the way back since 1972, there have only been a couple of #2 picks who developed into Hall of Fame caliber players. In this video, I go through some of the worst #2 picks ever and talk about why I think they don't usually pan out. Enjoy!
