Flattening the Shellac
This video discusses my method of finish using Seedlac, or dark unrefined shellac. Also, I'm demonstrating my method of flattening the shellac after several coats of brushed on shellac. Before applying the brushed coats of shellac, I've coated the cherry inside and out, all surfaces, with raw linseed oil. After flattening, I begin the French Polish.
