Today I am uploading e how to prepare Litchi Wine in 5 days because its brewing day... The process is very simple, Just follow the video step by step.

Ingredients:
1 Kg Litchi
500 gm Sugar
1 piece Lime or Lemon
200 ml Ginger Wild Yeast
3.75 Lt Water (Boiled water or Filter Water or Spring Bottle Water)

Process:
Day 1:
 Remove the outer skin & seed so you get the pulp
 Put the litchi pulp in a pot or bowl then add 500 ml water along with 500 g Sugar in it boil it till the pulp become soft.
 Remove from the flame and cool it till room temperature.
 When it cools down the blend the pulp and put it in a brewing jar.
 Afterwards add 2250ml water.
Note:
• If it is filter or RO System water: store the water in a pan or bowl or jar for 24hrs so that chlorine will be settle down to the pan or bowl or jar
• Boiled water: if you don’t have filter or RO system the fully boil 2250ml water and keep a side for cools down afterwards you can use the water
• Bottle Water: Or use good company spring water

 Add 1 lime or lemon juice in a brewing jab and mix it properly
 Then add 200ml ginger bug wild yeast and stir it very well (recipe of ginger bug wild yeast link: https://youtu.be/zLibn01DkZk)
 Then put airlock and keep it in warm & dark place for fermenting (Homemade airlock link: https://youtu.be/iCWkV2cGfUQ)

Day 2 (after 24hrs)
 Shake the brewing jar so that Co2 can breathe properly and alcohol producing become faster.

Day 3 (after 48hrs)
 Repeat the same process as you done on day 2

Day 4 (after 72hrs)
 Remove the airlock and stain all the alcohol through a cheese cloth in the different jar (this process calls DECANTING)
 After complete stain add 40gm Sugar and stir it with plastic or wooden spoon and cover the lid with clean wrap.

Day 5 (after 96hrs)
 Now transfer the alcohol in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge

Day 6 (after 120hrs)
Now u can enjoy the drink with your family & friends
