I SANDED MY DRIVER FACE TO MAKE IT ILLEGALLY POWERFUL ... DID IT WORK!?I MADE MY DRIVER FACE ILLEGALLY THIN TO GET MORE DISTANCE... DID IT WORK!? We all want to hit longer drives. but the rules of golf dictate that a Driver can only offer so much performance in order to not be an Illegal Driver. But I thought... how far can we push this... so I sanded down the face of a Taylormade Driver to see if even by taking a little thickness off we can produce higher ball speed and ultimately bomb long drives. Can I hit a 300 yard drive after making the driver face thinner? lets find out... and lets do it now!
