It's Year 3 in the MLB The Show 23 Franchise with the Oakland Athletics. We've been patient, but we're hoping this season shows that we have a foundation to build upon. With two drafts behind us and an exciting group of top prospects, the A's could be in the early stages of actually being a competent baseball team again. Maybe.

The A's are the toughest team for Franchise mode in MLB The Show this year, with their weak roster, struggling farm system, and the lowest budget in baseball. The rebuild of this team won't be easy. And there aren't many future stars already on the roster. We need to scout, develop, and completely change this team to succeed in the rebuild.
