Thrift Flip Challenge Rules: $10 budget to thrift one or multiple items, but the challenge is that we have to turn all of those things into one cohesive outfit. In this video, Adey sent me three items to transform into something new. I decided to make a cottage core inspired dress out of the items she sent me.
