A new neighbor has arrived in Fenceville... and his first day is already a disaster.

Meet Alfie "Snapper," a security fence with a special ability to stop things that cross where they shouldn't. The only problem? He doesn't quite understand how it works yet.

From soccer balls and paper bags to socks and toilet paper, Alfie keeps catching everything in sight while trying to make a good first impression. As Woodley, Chainly, Verlee, Orley, Bolt, Lacey, and the rest of Fenceville get to know their newest resident, Captain CAAN arrives with an important lesson about what Alfie was really built to do.

But with strange leaks between worlds still affecting Fenceville, Alfie's unusual behavior may be a sign that something bigger is happening behind the scenes.
