Reduce Menstrual Pain When You're Not at Home | 24 Tamil Health

There are a few things you can do to reduce menstrual pain when you're not at home. First, try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. You can also take over-the-counter pain medication like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If you have a heating pad, use it on your lower abdomen or back to help relieve pain. You can also try placing a cold pack on your abdomen or lower back. If your pain is severe, you may want to see a doctor to get a prescription for a stronger pain medication.
