Sushi? YES! Coffee? YES! Rare steak? YES! Wine? YES!! People on social media message me all the time saying "Wait, you can eat that while you're pregnant?!" I hope this video gives you a better understanding of why some of these things are ok to eat while others I stay away from. Enjoy!

“There was a Danish study of 1,628 pregnant women, published in the British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2012- they found that a daily small alcoholic drink had no effect on a foetus, while a study by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists concluded that low to moderate drinking (10.5 units or seven glasses of wine a week) showed no adverse effects on a baby’s development.”

Some other foods I forgot to touch on:
- Lettuce/salad - YES! Eat it. I eat a salad everyday for lunch. There was an E. Coli outbreak in roman lettuce in California ... but just wash your lettuce!
