Repairing a failing 150 year old stone wall - Spanish Finca renovation

The old stone wall will eventually fall down if the old lintel isn't repaired. The old lintel is compressing, causing the wall to lean out - It needs to be sorted out an at last, we are able to continue with the stone patio.
