BACON/ OUT OF THIS WORLD BACON STUFFED POTATO RECIPE/CHERYLS HOME COOKING/EPISODE 350

This video is about showing you how I make my Bacon Stuffed Potatoes. I like to top them off with sour cream and chives... A hit with my family! Give it a try and as always... ENJOY!

Ingredients

Potatoes 6 , peeled, sliced

Bacon slices 32 Ounce (2 packages, 16 ounces each)

Green onions 5 , sliced

Grated cheddar cheese 10 Ounce

Sour cream 2 Tablespoon

Chopped chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING:

In a bowl, place a layer of bacon slices.
In another bowl, combine potato slices and green onions.
Place it over bacon layer and top with cheddar cheese.
Repeat layering with potato mixture and cheese and cover with another pack of bacon slices.
Pop into oven and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon gets well cooked.
Allow to cool completely and slice to serve.

SERVING:

Serve with sour cream and chives and enjoy!
