Lemon cookies recipe
Friends this is an easy eggless cookie recipe.
Its very easy and yummy cookie recipe.So do try and let me know by commenting
So let's check out for the ingredients

INGREDIENTS

1) All purpose flour - 1 cup or 200 gms
2) Butter - 50 gms
3) To Make butter milk - 1/2 tsp lemon juice & 4 tsp milk
4) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
5) Cornflour - 1/2 tsp
6) Sugar - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
7) Lemon essence - 1/2 tsp
8) Yellow food color - 5 to 6 drops
9) Lemon zest - 1/2 tsp
10) Milk (as required to combine the dough) -2 tbsp
11) Lemon juice - 2 tsp

METHOD

1) Mix sugar and butter - get it to a creamy form
2) Add lemon zest
3) Lemon juice, buttermilk,food essence and food color
4) Now add in the all purpose flour,baking powder and cornflour.
5) Mix everything and make a dough - add milk as required
6) Put the dough in fridge till it gets hard
7) Give shape and bake them at 150* for 20 to 25 mins
(I bake at this temperature)
