When Only 3 Show Up — Leadership Gets Real

Last week at the All-In workout, 10 guys didn’t show. It ended up being just three of us.

And honestly? It was powerful.

It was Dave’s first time leading. He came partially prepared — expecting someone else to fill the gaps. But that’s the lesson: if we keep stepping in to rescue emerging leaders, we stunt their growth.

Leadership requires ownership.

The workout was simple but brutal:
5 minutes on repeat — 10 burpees, 20 dips, 20 jumping jacks.
Then suicide sprints.
Cardio humbled me real quick.

But the real win wasn’t physical. It was the growth. The exposure. The brotherhood. The safe space to fail and learn.

Sometimes fewer people means deeper impact.
