Exploring Planet Uranus

In one of the least explored regions of our solar system, there is an ice giant that scientists believe can help us unlock some of the remaining mysteries of our universe. This video takes us on a journey there to explore planet Uranus, as well as its rings and moons, highlighting many fascinating features. We also look back on what was discovered by NASA's Voyager 2 spacecraft, as well as subsequent findings by ground-based telescopes and the Hubble Space Telescope. The ongoing search for ocean worlds and life beyond Earth makes Uranus an exciting target for the James Webb Space Telescope and for future up-close exploration.
