DEALING WITH THE UNTHINKABLE!

Satisfying day on the farm! We start working with the horses we rescued off the Navajo Reservation - Meet Pippy - a sweet wild mustang 1-year-old filly - just a baby horse that has some long, gross overgrown hooves that made it where she could barely walk. Today we bring in Kordale DeSpain our farrier to the farm to work his magic - and wow what magic he worked! Lots of firsts on the farm today - first halters, first deworming, and first pedicures. aka hoof trimming! Horse rescue with these Wild Mustangs is so satisfying it feels so good to help those that can't help themselves! We also use some Ivermectin - that stuff seems to be talked about quite a bit these days!
