With both Jackie Stewart and Chris Amon driving similar March 701s, the fight for victory was breathtakingly close. Each won a race heat but the overall win - his first in F1 - went to Amon, a driver considered by many to be as fast as any of his generation. This previously-unseen video also includes freeze-frame analysis of Stewart, Amon, Piers Courage and Jochen Rindt, footage of the leading F5000 competitors and short highlights of the hotly-contested Shell Oils British F3 Championship preliminary race.
