How HISA is making horseracing safer
The new Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) is making strides in horse safety ever since its creation two years ago after a congressional mandate. Pete Gilbert speaks with CEO Lisa Lazarus about what the group does to make the sport safer.
