Chicken shawarma spice

1 pound chicken
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- salt + pepper
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- juice of 1 lemon
Sumac Onions

1 medium-sized red onion sliced thin
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs sumac spic
1 tbs dried or fresh parsley


Garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbs tsp sumac
- 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced (it will be strong but goes with everything, trust me!)
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs pomegranate syrup (optional
Cucumber salad
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 1 tbs fresh parsley
-1 tsp fresh mint
-juice of 1 lemon

Yellow rice

- 2 tbs butter
- 4 cloves minced garli
- 1/2 onion minced
- 2 cup basmati (rinse thoroughly)
- 3 cups water or chicken/ veggie broth
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp coriander
Jalapeno Cilantro Hummus

- 15 oz chickpeas
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Or more
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 tbs cilantro
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4 tbs water
- 1 tbs olive (

Pita

- 1 cup  warm water as needed
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 4 tbs butter melted
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
