Mod adds a small cabin next to Merryfair Farm near Honeyside and Riften Stables. It's my signature house mod with TONS OF clutter, custom furniture and storage, all crafting stations (even spider scroll and staff enchanter stations) and a unique look.

OBVIOUSLY IT WON'T LOOK THE SAME IN YOUR GAME AS I HAVE TONS OF PC MODS, NOT GONNA DISABLE THOSE JUST TO GET MORE SCREENSHOTS SORRY.
All containers inside and outside (except the fish barrel by the boat) are safe and will not respawn.
Check the first floor fireplace, there is a "baking surface" which works like the oven in player homes.
