Orphaned Syrian boy in Homs copes with loss

Last year nine-year-old Laith Shaban Alomr lost six family members to the ongoing conflict in Syria including his mother, father and siblings. For three nights after their death, he slept alongside their remains until he was discovered. His grandmother now looks after him. They now live in a shelter supported by UNHCR and partners in Syria.
