Faber-Castell Experience - Visitor Centre and Shop

With a total of 800 square meters, the new visitor centre is the starting point for experiencing the brand and the company's history. The interior design not only reflects the industrial Art Nouveau charm of the early 20th century, it also allows visitors to immerse themselves in the colourful world of Faber-Castell: a rainbow crayon ceiling consisting of approx. 32,400 individual colour pencil guides guests to the new flagship store, which at 200 square metres is twice the size of the former shop at the castle. There, the entire product range for writing, drawing and creative design as well as the exclusive assortment of the Graf von Faber-Castell Collection is presented. In addition, the wines from the famous Castell estates are offered. Drawing tables invite young and old to try out the artist's products and writing instruments.

Das Besucherzentrum ist mit insgesamt 800 qm Ausgangspunkt für das Erleben der Marke und der Firmenhistorie. Die Raumgestaltung reflektiert nicht nur den industriellen Jugendstilcharme des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts, sie lässt Besucher auch in die farbenfrohe Welt von Faber-Castell eintauchen: eine Regenbogen-Buntstiftdecke aus ca. 32.400 Einzelstiften geleitet die Gäste in den neuen Flagship-Store, in welchem das Einkaufen auf etwa 200 qm zum Shoppingerlebnis wird. Dort präsentiert sich die gesamte Produktpalette zum Schreiben, Zeichnen und kreativen Gestalten sowie das exklusive Sortiment der Graf von Faber-Castell Collection. Zudem werden die Weine aus dem Fürstlich Castell’schen Domänenamt angeboten. Zeichentische laden Jung und Alt zum Ausprobieren der Künstlerprodukte und Schreibgeräte ein.
