How Does Being 60 Feel Different Than Being 50?

There is no question, in my opinion, that life as a 60 years old woman is a very different experience than that of a woman in her 50s. Women in our Sixty and Me community often discuss how different parts of themselves emerge in their 6th decade and that many look back at their 50s with some nostalgia. The comparisons with the challenges faced as a younger woman are quite dramatic and in many ways, 60 is a more liberating and positive milestone!

In this video, I discuss the specific things that I feel, based on conversations with our Sixty and Me community, highlighted the differences between these two decades and why being over 60 can be far more liberating and fun!
