The Peak District - Kinder Scout Solo Hike

My first time hiking Kinder Scout in the Peak District. I arrived at the Bowden Bridge Car Park at around 7.30 on a Sunday. Plenty of spaces at that sort of time but not so much later in the day. There are also spaces on the road leading upto the car park.

I followed the route that is on alltrails.com (https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/england/derbyshire/kinder-scout-and-kinder-downfall-path?u=i) and in the direction that it shows. However, I feel that it could possibly be better done in reverse.

The trail is fairly easy on the whole but the rocky/uneven terrain is quite hard on the feet, even with walking shoes on.

If anybody has any suggestions for future hikes in the Peak District please let me know in the comments section.
