I Fired a $100,000+ Web Development Client !!!

Client-agency relationships are a lot like dating. In some cases, they lead to lifelong happy marriages. Other times, they lose their luster over time or were sour from the start. And, while I never want to see a client go, sometimes, it’s truly in their best interests to break it off.

I don’t want to do business with bullies—clients that are verbally abusive or use negativity as their motivation. I make sure that all of our clients treat my employees with respect, even when they disagree so I took it upon myself to fire this $100,000+ client.
