Cleaning Vinyl Siding without Scrubbing - Product review

We have a recurring problem with mildew or something on our vinyl siding. I tried this product and thought I'd share the results with you. I've cleaned the siding with scrub brush and ladder in years past on the back of the house, but the side is too high for me to attempt cleaning on a ladder. (I'm not the most graceful person on the planet.)
