12 Things You Should Know Before Getting a Yorkie/Terrier OR a Puppy

I wish I knew these things before getting my Silky Terrier (the cousin breed to a Yorkshire "Yorkie" Terrier) puppy 2 years go. If I knew what I know now I would have planned things much differently and would have saved money as well! I hope these things help you if you are deciding to buy or adopt a puppy, specifically a yorkie!

*Upon doing my own research I have realized that Carter is not a Yorkshire "Yorkie" Terrier, he is a Silky Terrier. When I got him they didn't distinguish that there was a difference and called him a Yorkie.
