Electroplated Diamond Laps with Magnetic Backing
Use these magnetic backing plates to turn you master lap into a magnetic master lap. The magnetic baking plate makes changing from one grit to the next extremely easy, the magnetic plate stays in place, while the flat laps quickly and easily changed during the polishing sequence.
If a aluminum master lap is used adhesive ( not supplied) will be need to attach the magnetic plate to the master plate. Simply adhere to master lap with 3M adhesive paper. Please note these plates are not self-adhesive
If a metal or iron master lap is used then no adhesive is needed. The magnet will do its job
The nickel-plated diamond rings ensure a long-lasting performance while the magnetic-backed feature provides ease of use and convenience.
Size from 6''(150 mm), 8''(200 mm), 10''(250 mm), 12''(300 mm), arbor can be 1/2''(12.7 mm), 1''(25.4 mm) or no hole(Full face), with a large variety of different grits to choose from.(#46/60/80/100/120/150/180/220/240/320/400/500/600/800/1000/1200/1500/2000/3000)
