2X MORE VIEWS with 1 Small Change (YouTube)

This one small change has allowed me to get 2 to 4 times more views on my YouTube shorts.

This leads to more subscribers and faster growth on YT.

My name is Mitchell - I've spent $30k out of pocket over the past 18 months to really learn Social Media Marketing at a deeper level.

In this time I created an Instagram account (TrapTheory101), where I've pulled in over 300,000,000 IG Reels views. A lot of that content was reposted, but it gave me a better understanding of what content works on social media, and what content doesn't.

I grew over 30,000 followers fast on that account, and it gave me a greater understanding of the Instagram algorithm and what it looks for.

Towards the middle of 2022, I started taking YouTube more seriously too. YouTube #shorts are the number one growth hack right now on YT. If you're serious about growing subscribers fast and getting more views on YouTube, then you need to post more shorts.

*In my opinion, YouTube shorts are the most BROKEN (for fast follower growth), out of all the short form video platforms right now. It's YouTube at the top, and then TikTok and Instagram tied for 2nd place. But that's based on my experiences, so take it with a grain of salt.

After seeing the power of the YouTube Short and Instagram Reel, it became clear to me that I didn't want to miss out on TikTok growth. Gary Vee has been talking about this all year - your content strategy should absolutely take advantage of TikTok right now. **Posting a lot (quantity) is also important for taking advantage of this opportunity while it's still here.

If you're like me though, creating unique content for all 3 of the leading short form video platforms (Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) is very difficult. You might be limited by time. So in this video, my goal is to share a realistic repurposing content-strategy that any individual can use, which will allow you to maximize your views, follower conversion, and time, while posting short videos on all three platforms.

There are tricks to each algorithm that play a role in how you'll want to post your content. While each platform's algorithm is a little bit different, they share a lot of similarities.

By example, your retention (also known as watch time) is probably the most important metric to determine whether your videos will pushed out to new people and get more views.
