【4K】Cosplay in Ikebukuro, Tokyo

It was raining on Saturday too, but at leas cosplay event was not cancelled. And seems Youtube issue with 4K is gone, or maybe it's just because video is less than 40min, other 1h videos are still 1080p only though I'm reuploading Hiroo - Tokyo tower video.

I know I often walk too fast, but it's always hard to go slower in a crowd or even stop and not to be "that foreigner". Personally I hate crowds. As most of videos now I take simultaneously with Live you can always remind me in Live Chat or tell about things you would prefer to see closer.
