📚 Description: Gibson just recently announced a $59,000 bounty for the return of the missing shipping ledgers that were lost in the move from Kalamazoo to Nashville back in the 70s / 80s. These shipping ledgers contain all of the serial numbers of the Burst guitars and would aid in weeding out fakes on the used market as well as knowing how many were officially shipped. This would also help us with the vintage Korina Explorers, Flying Vs, Futuras and might even have proof of the existence of the original Moderne. I don't personally think $59k is a high-enough of an offer since he who has the ledgers controls the counterfiet market, but if a non-nefarious person owns them, that kind of money might cause them to surface!
