How to maintain creativity and motivation

It's easy to become overwhelmed by the challenges of life. But in order to live a fulfilling and successful life, it's important that we stay motivated. Here are some ways you can keep your motivation high throughout your life:
1. Set Goals
Setting goals and working toward them can help motivate you to achieve anything. It's time for you to set your own goals, whether they be personal, professional or whatever else you need them to be.
2. Practice Gratitude
Practice gratitude in order to stay motivated. Having an attitude of gratitude is not only the best way to help you stay positive but can also have a positive impact on your health. A study found that people who keep a journal of things they are grateful for, are more optimistic, happy, and satisfied with life than people who do not reflect on their blessings.

3. Give Back
When you want to help, but don’t know how, to Give Back is a way. The ease of giving back should not be underestimated. You can give back in any way you wish to, and the happiness you receive is a win-win for everyone. A kind word to a person can have an impact on their lives forever.
Some people work because they are driven by money, while others may want to be fulfilled in their work. A person's motivation to work is just as important, if not more important, than their experience or skill level. In order to be satisfied with what we do, we need to find a balance of both. We need to get paid what is fair and at the same time find meaning in our job.
There are many people who are unmotivated by their day-to-day work and find it difficult to satisfy themselves with what they do on a daily basis. They feel that it does not matter how much they do because it is not going anywhere, which can lead them feeling frustrated or stuck in their careers. This can also lead them feeling like they have no sense of self worth or pride for the jobs that they do have and so this can lead them into depression.
When people feel unfulfilled, they find it hard to motivate themselves to do anything. Often times, people who are feeling unfulfilled focus on their feelings of emptiness rather than the things that make them happy. If you're feeling unfulfilled and your feelings of anxiety are getting in the way of your motivation, take some time to work on your gratitude journal.
When we focus on what we have and what we are grateful for, it takes the negative thoughts out of our head. It is important to remember that we can always find something to be grateful for.
The key to feeling better is often not getting rid of the problem, but instead learning to deal with it in a more productive way. One way to do so is by practicing gratitude.
It can be difficult to stay motivated when life throws curveballs your way. From staying in touch with friends and family, to working on your goals, to taking care of your body, the list goes on. One of the best ways to stay motivated is by setting smaller goals for yourself and then rewarding yourself when those smaller goals are completed.
